Prices

Room rates are as follows.   We are a strictly non smoking guest house.

Single en suite Room

From £40 per night (1 occupant)

En Suite Double Rooms

From £50 – £55 for single occupancy
From £60 for a double/twin (2 occupants)
From £70 – £90 for a family room (3 occupants)

Deposits

I will require either debit or credit card details at time of reservation or one nights deposit to be sent by cheque. 48 hours notice of cancellation is required for refund.  If cancellation occurs within 48 hours no refund will be given.

We are happy to accept payment for the deposit and balance by Debit Card, Visa or Mastercard.

Check in and Departure

Please advise approximate time of arrival while booking and we would ask that all guests vacate their rooms by 10.30am on the day of departure.

We have hairdryers, and an iron and ironing board available on request.
